BIO

France Makabu was born January 6, 1990 in Paris, France from African Parents (DRC and Mali). She grew up right outside of Paris in a modest family of 7. Her parents are Makanda "Fay Man" and Béatrice. She is the oldest child and has three brothers (Fayolle, Fahim, & Molière) and three sisters (Bénédicte, Aïcha, & Rénita).

The highlights of France childhood were her work ethic in the classroom as well as her passion for track and field. In 2008, France graduated from Jacques Feyder high school in Epinay Sur Seine with a degree in Science. She was a Physics & Chemistry major with a minor in Music.

France's upbringing was marked by growing up without her birth mother, verbal abuse, physical abuse, and witnessing domestic violence. All those made France grow into a self reliant woman ready to see what else is out there in the world.

France moved USA alone at the age of 19. There, she first attended Milligan College in Johnson City, TN and was part of the Lady Buff Track & Field team for one indoor season. She earned NAIA all American Honors in 2010, and she holds the indoor school record in the triple jump.

The following year France transferred to Middle Tennessee State University and trained under Coach Hayes with the help of Olympians Andrew Owusu and Kenta Bell. During her career at MTSU, she earned several athletic and academic honors.

France jumped her way to NCAA All American in 2012, a year when she also joined Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated. France graduated from MTSU with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics and Investments in 2013.

France was offered another full ride to Western Kentucky University after studying abroad in Taiwan in Summer 2013.  She was able to use the remainder of her eligibility and compete for WKU as a Lady Topper. France completed a Master in Business Administration in a year and also managed to claim both academic and athletic honors from the NCAA.

Shortly after receiving her MBA, France started ESARA, a charity program where she personally helps foreign students and workers stay current with their immigration paperwork. In parallel, she worked 5 years as an inside sales rep for Fukuda USA Inc. There, she helped produce millions of dollars in sales of air leak testing equipment in accounts in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

France brings that same energy, work ethic, and experience to South Florida where she turns renters into homeowners. If you are looking to do something in real estate, definitely check her facebook page reviews and contact her.
