     Born in Paris, France, and now based in Palm Beach County, France Makabu-Gordon is a top-producing real estate broker and global strategist specializing in residential, luxury, investment, and international relocation. As the eldest of eight children, she developed resilience early in life and learned leadership through responsibility — qualities that now define her work ethic and community impact.

      France began her academic and athletic journey in the United States at age 19, competing as an All-American triple jumper at Milligan College and Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics and Investments. She continued her studies in Taiwan and later earned her MBA from Western Kentucky University on a full athletic scholarship.

      Before entering real estate full-time, France spent five years leading international business development for a Japan–based manufacturer, generating millions in revenue across North America. She purchased her first home and investment property at age 27, which led her to help other families build wealth through real estate.

      Today, France resides in West Palm Beach, Florida, and has been recognized as:
